Ingredients:
- 100 grams white radishes (daikons)
- 100 grams carrots
- 250 grams asparaguses
Dressing Mix:
- 15 grams cooked white sesame seeds
- 3 grams salt
- 3 grams sugar
- 10 grams chili oil
Method:
- Wash white radishes, carrots, and asparaguses. Then slice them into thin strips.
- Let all strips steep in cool water for a brief movement. Then remove them from water and drain.
- Place the veggie sticks on a serving plate.
- Make the dressing by mixing sesame seeds, salt, sugar, and chili oil together. Place the dip in a small serving bowl. Dip freely!
