Ingredients:

  • 100 grams white radishes (daikons)
  • 100 grams carrots
  • 250 grams asparaguses

Dressing Mix:

  • 15 grams cooked white sesame seeds
  • 3 grams salt
  • 3 grams sugar
  • 10 grams chili oil

Method:

  1. Wash white radishes, carrots, and asparaguses. Then slice them into thin strips.
  2. Let all strips steep in cool water for a brief movement. Then remove them from water and drain.
  3. Place the veggie sticks on a serving plate.
  4. Make the dressing by mixing sesame seeds, salt, sugar, and chili oil together. Place the dip in a small serving bowl. Dip freely!
