Ingredients:
- 19 grams (0.7 ounce) dried black fungus
- 15 red dates
- some rock sugar
Method:
- Soak dried black fungus in warm water for 1 hour.
- Place all ingredients in a double boiling jar (can seal the nutrients and flavor of the ingredients in the soup) with 4 cups of water.
- Place the jar inside a big pot with half-full water.
- Cover the pot and bring the water to a boil. Then stew over medium heat (so as not to boil over the water inside the jar) for 1 hour.
- Serve the soup in the jar directly.
