Ingredients:
- 4 pieces dried snow fungi (silver ear fungi/snow ear fungi/white jelly fungi)
- 10 dried seedless jujubes
- 2 tablespoons dried Chinese wolf berries
- Rock sugar to taste
- 4-5 cups water
Method:
- Let snow fungi soaked in warm water for 24 hours. Then discard the stalks and cut fungi into small pieces.
- Wash jujubes and Chinese wolf berries.
- Bring water to a boil. Add snow fungi, jujubes, and berries, then simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
- Add rock sugar (to taste), stir until dissolved.
- It can be served hot or refrigerated for cold serving.
