Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces dried snow fungi (silver ear fungi/snow ear fungi/white jelly fungi)
  • 10 dried seedless jujubes
  • 2 tablespoons dried Chinese wolf berries
  • Rock sugar to taste
  • 4-5 cups water

Method:

  1. Let snow fungi soaked in warm water for 24 hours.  Then discard the stalks and cut fungi into small pieces.
  2. Wash jujubes and Chinese wolf berries.
  3. Bring water to a boil.  Add snow fungi, jujubes, and berries, then simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
  4. Add rock sugar (to taste), stir until dissolved.
  5. It can be served hot or refrigerated for cold serving.
