Ingredients:
- 20 grams raisins
- 10 grams dried longans
- 15 granules big jujubes (Chinese date)
- 10 grams peanut kernels
- 100 grams wheat germ
- some sugar
Method:
- Wash and chop up raisins and dried longans.
- Wash and pit the big jujubes.
- Fry the peanut kernels in hot oil until crispy.
- Chop up big jujubes and peanut kernels.
- Bring some water to a boil in frying pan, add wheat germ and stir.
- Add in all other ingredients, mix them well and cook.
- Flip pancake over when the top is brown.
