Ingredients:

  • 20 grams raisins
  • 10 grams dried longans
  • 15 granules big jujubes (Chinese date)
  • 10 grams peanut kernels
  • 100 grams wheat germ
  • some sugar

Method:

  1. Wash and chop up raisins and dried longans.
  2. Wash and pit the big jujubes.
  3. Fry the peanut kernels in hot oil until crispy.
  4. Chop up big jujubes and peanut kernels.
  5. Bring some water to a boil in frying pan, add wheat germ and stir.
  6. Add in all other ingredients, mix them well and cook.
  7. Flip pancake over when the top is brown.
  8. Your pancake should be ready to eat.
