Ingredients:

  • 15 grams lotus seeds
  • 15 grams white fungus (washed and soaked)
  • 15 grams lily bulbs
  • 15 grams dried goji berries
  • 15 grams dried longans
  • Honey to taste

Method:

  1. Wash lotus seeds and lily bulbs. Place them in a pot with cool water to cover and soak for 1 hour.
  2. Add white fungus and dried goji berries. Bring to a boil and then simmer over low to medium heat until they are soft.
  3. Add dried longans, then simmer for 10 more minutes.
  4. Add honey to taste, then serve.
