Ingredients:
- 15 grams lotus seeds
- 15 grams white fungus (washed and soaked)
- 15 grams lily bulbs
- 15 grams dried goji berries
- 15 grams dried longans
- Honey to taste
Method:
- Wash lotus seeds and lily bulbs. Place them in a pot with cool water to cover and soak for 1 hour.
- Add white fungus and dried goji berries. Bring to a boil and then simmer over low to medium heat until they are soft.
- Add dried longans, then simmer for 10 more minutes.
- Add honey to taste, then serve.
