Ingredients:
- 30 grams kelp
- 250 grams daikon
- some salt
- some garlic (chopped)
- some vegetable oil
Method:
- Let kelp steep in cool water for 12 hours.
- Remove kelp from the water, then wash and slice.
- Soak daikon in cool water for a brief moment.
- Remove daikon from the water, then wash and cut daikon (with rind and root) into thin strips.
- Place sliced kelps and daikon strips in a pot with enough water to cover, bring to a boil and then simmer over low heat until daikon strips are soft.
- Add salt and chopped garlic, then stir well.
- Add vegetable oil and serve.
Efficacy:
- Inhibit tumor
- Provide supplementary treatment to patients with tumor related diseases such as thyroid gland tumor or breast cancer during radiation therapy or chemotherapy
