Ingredients:

  • 30 grams kelp
  • 250 grams daikon
  • some salt
  • some garlic (chopped)
  • some vegetable oil

Method:

  1. Let kelp steep in cool water for 12 hours.
  2. Remove kelp from the water, then wash and slice.
  3. Soak daikon in cool water for a brief moment.
  4. Remove daikon from the water, then wash and cut daikon (with rind and root) into thin strips.
  5. Place sliced kelps and daikon strips in a pot with enough water to cover, bring to a boil and then simmer over low heat until daikon strips are soft.
  6. Add salt and chopped garlic, then stir well.
  7. Add vegetable oil and serve.

Efficacy:

  • Inhibit tumor
  • Provide supplementary treatment to patients with tumor related diseases such as thyroid gland tumor or breast cancer during radiation therapy or chemotherapy
