Ingredients: (2-person portion)

  • 150 grams sweet potatoes
  • 1 cup milk

Method:

  1. Wash and skin potatoes.
  2. Cut sweet potatoes into thin slices and soak them in water to remove astringent taste.
  3. Place water and sweet potato slices in a pot.
  4. Bring to boil, then simmer over low heat until sweet potatoes become soft.
  5. Crush sweet potatoes into a soft mass.
  6. Add milk, stir and cook for a while.  Then serve hot.
