Ingredients: (2-person portion)
- 150 grams sweet potatoes
- 1 cup milk
Method:
- Wash and skin potatoes.
- Cut sweet potatoes into thin slices and soak them in water to remove astringent taste.
- Place water and sweet potato slices in a pot.
- Bring to boil, then simmer over low heat until sweet potatoes become soft.
- Crush sweet potatoes into a soft mass.
- Add milk, stir and cook for a while. Then serve hot.
