Ingredients:

  • 20 grams honey
  • 150 grams apples
  • 100 grams tomatoes
  • 30 grams black sesame seeds

Method:

  1. Pour black sesame seeds over a wide frying pan and heat them on medium heat. Shake the pan occasionally and remove the seeds upon they become fragrant.
  2. Wash, peel, and dice tomatoes.
  3. Wash, peel, core, and dice apples.
  4. Place diced tomatoes, diced apples, and toasted black sesame seeds in a bowl. Mix them with honey and your salad is ready to eat.
