Ingredients:

  • 6 grams ginseng
  • 10 grams dried longans (dragon eye)
  • Brown sugar to taste

Method:

  • Place ginseng and dried longans in a pot.
  • Add 2 cups of water.
  • Bring the water to a boil.  Then simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.
  • Add brown sugar, then serve.
