Ingredients:

  • 10 grams dried gingers
  • 30 grams jujubes
  • 30 grams dried longans
  • 20 grams brown sugar
  • 500ml water

Method:

  1. Wash dried gingers and cut into thin slice pieces.
  2. Wash jujubes and dried longans.
  3. Place dried gingers, jujubes, dried longans, and brown sugar with 500ml water in a pot.
  4. Bring to a boil for 15 minutes, and serve.

  • Warm stomach
