Ingredients:

  • 50 grams dark plums
  • Some preserved petals of sweet osmanthus
  • Brown sugar to taste

Method:

  1. Wash dark plums.
  2. Let dark plums steep in a pot with 1 liter water for 7 to 8 hours. Then cook them over low heat for 1 hour.
  3. Drain out the cooked dark plums. Then add around 3 liters water, sweet osmanthus, and brown sugar.
  4. Bring to a boil. Serve after cooling down.
