Ingredients:
- 50 grams dark plums
- Some preserved petals of sweet osmanthus
- Brown sugar to taste
Method:
- Wash dark plums.
- Let dark plums steep in a pot with 1 liter water for 7 to 8 hours. Then cook them over low heat for 1 hour.
- Drain out the cooked dark plums. Then add around 3 liters water, sweet osmanthus, and brown sugar.
- Bring to a boil. Serve after cooling down.
