Ingredients:

  • 100 grams cucumber
  • 200 grams glutinous rice (sticky rice)
  • 50 grams honey
  • 1 liter water

Method:

  1. Wash cucumber, then dice.
  2. Let glutinous rice steep in water for 2 hour, then wash and drain.
  3. Place glutinous rice in a pot with 1 liter water. Bring to a boil and then simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
  4. Add diced cucumber to cook.
  5. When glutinous rice becomes soft, add honey and cook for a brief moment. Then serve.
