Ingredients:
- 100 grams cucumber
- 200 grams glutinous rice (sticky rice)
- 50 grams honey
- 1 liter water
Method:
- Wash cucumber, then dice.
- Let glutinous rice steep in water for 2 hour, then wash and drain.
- Place glutinous rice in a pot with 1 liter water. Bring to a boil and then simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
- Add diced cucumber to cook.
- When glutinous rice becomes soft, add honey and cook for a brief moment. Then serve.
