Ingredients:

  • 30 grams dried black fungi
  • 10 grams coriander
  • 5 grams dried Chinese wolfberries
  • 5 tablespoons sweet (black) vinegar
  • 2.5 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1.5 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Method:

  1. Wash Chinese wolfberries and soak them in room temperature water for later use.
  2. Wash black fungi and let them steep in warm water for 1/2 hour.
  3. Put black fungi in boiling water for a brief moment, then rinse with cold water.
  4. Wash, drain, and chop up coriander.
  5. Cut black fungi into pieces. Add black vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, olive oil and mix them well.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped coriander and Chinese wolfberries.  Then serve.
