Ingredients:
- 30 grams dried black fungi
- 10 grams coriander
- 5 grams dried Chinese wolfberries
- 5 tablespoons sweet (black) vinegar
- 2.5 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1.5 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
Method:
- Wash Chinese wolfberries and soak them in room temperature water for later use.
- Wash black fungi and let them steep in warm water for 1/2 hour.
- Put black fungi in boiling water for a brief moment, then rinse with cold water.
- Wash, drain, and chop up coriander.
- Cut black fungi into pieces. Add black vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, olive oil and mix them well.
- Sprinkle with chopped coriander and Chinese wolfberries. Then serve.
