Ingredients:
- 3 grams black tea leaves
- 600 milliliter boiling water
- 200 grams apples
- 10 grams sugar
- Some crushed ice
(For red-bayberry vinegar)
- 400 grams red bayberries
- 200 grams Chinese mature vinegar (dark vinegar)
- 200 grams rock sugar
Method:
- Brew black tea with 600 milliliter boiling water. Then set aside to cool.
- Wash and core apples. Then dice into cubes (with skin on).
- Put cooled black tea, diced apples, red-berry vinegar, 10 grams sugar, and crushed ice in a blender. Then mix until smooth.
- When ready, pour into serving glass.
(To make red-bayberry vinegar)
- Wash and drain red bayberries.
- Put red bayberries in a glass jar, add 200 grams rock sugar and 200 grams Chinese mature vinegar.
- Cover and seal. Then let sit for 30 days.
